class=\"grid-15 kalam\">\u00c9plucher l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail et les ciseler finement.<\/div><div class=\"grid-85\"><p>Dans une sauteuse, faites revenir l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon dans 1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Une fois color\u00e9s, d\u00e9poser l\u2019\u00e9peautre, m\u00e9langer et laisser cuire 2\/3 min \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter le vin blanc et laisser absorber.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5facf5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-wp-widget-pods_widget_single\" data-id=\"5facf5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wp-widget-pods_widget_single.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><div class=\"grid-container\"><div class=\"grid-15 kalam\">Ajouter ensuite 1 louche de bouillon et laisser absorber. R\u00e9it\u00e9rer cette \u00e9tape plusieurs fois, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le bouillon soit enti\u00e8rement utilis\u00e9.<\/div><div class=\"grid-85\"><p>Compter environ 40 min de cuisson.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3b76d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wp-widget-pods_widget_single\" data-id=\"f3b76d7\" temps, couper le butternut en petits cubes de 1 cm maximum.<\/div><div class=\"grid-85\"><p>Les plonger dans une casserole d\u2019eau fr\u00e9missante, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sal\u00e9e et faire cuire 15 min.<br \/>Piquer un cube pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson.<br \/>Il doit \u00eatre tendre mais pas trop pour ne pas se transformer en pur\u00e9e.<br \/>\u00c9goutter et r\u00e9server.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e865af elementor-widget elementor-widget-wp-widget-pods_widget_single\" data-id=\"5e865af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wp-widget-pods_widget_single.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><div class=\"grid-container\"><div class=\"grid-15 kalam\">Couper les tranches de jambon en petits cubes.<\/div><div class=\"grid-85\"><p>Concasser grossi\u00e8rement les noix.<br \/>5 min avant la fin de la cuisson du risotto, ajouter la tomme et la cr\u00e8me et m\u00e9langer.<br \/>Saler, poivrer, go\u00fbter et rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dcb19c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wp-widget-pods_widget_single\" data-id=\"dcb19c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wp-widget-pods_widget_single.default\"><div la cuisson, ajouter les cubes de butternut et m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement.<br \/>Dresser dans les assiettes, parsemer de noix, ajouter 1 petite feuille de cerfeuil et servir
